Position: Salesforce CLM/CPQ Business Systems Analyst & Test Lead
Location: Waukegan, IL Work Arrangement: Hybrid — 3–4 days/week onsite

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CLM/CPQ Business Systems Analyst & Test Lead to join a core enterprise transformation team. The resource will work closely with the Enterprise Architect, Program Manager, Salesforce Team, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business requirements throughout the implementation lifecycle.
This is a functional leadership and testing governance role, rather than a hands-on development or configuration position.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Lead business workshops and document business processes, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform fit-gap analysis between business requirements and PROS CPQ / Conga CLM capabilities.
- Support process harmonization and maintain requirements traceability from design through deployment.
- Partner with the Enterprise Architect to validate solution alignment with business objectives.
CPQ & CLM Functional Ownership
- Provide functional leadership for PROS CPQ, including quote creation, product configuration, pricing, discount management, approval workflows, and quote generation.
- Lead functional validation of Conga CLM, including contract initiation, generation, approval routing, lifecycle management, and CPQ-to-CLM handoffs.
- Ensure Salesforce opportunity-to-quote processes, customer/account relationships, and business process integrations are aligned.
Integration & Data Coordination
- Coordinate with technical teams across Salesforce, PROS CPQ, Conga CLM, SAP ERP, middleware, and enterprise reporting/data lake.
- Review integration requirements, validate end-to-end business process flows, support integration testing, and assist with defect triage and root-cause analysis.
Test Lead Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the overall testing strategy, including SIT, UAT, regression, and go-live validation.
- Define testing governance, entry/exit criteria, and test execution plans.
- Create and review test scenarios, test scripts, test data requirements, and business process validation scripts.
- Coordinate SIT/UAT execution, daily defect triage, defect lifecycle management, testing metrics, and status reporting.
- Escalate risks, blockers, and critical defects.
Business Readiness & Stakeholder Management
- Support business validation, signoff, deployment readiness, cutover, and hypercare activities.
- Work closely with Program Managers, Enterprise Architects, Business Process Owners, Salesforce, Conga, SAP, and PROS teams.
